Free Repair Policy
If your jewellery has been damaged or needs repair:
- Contact Glitzy Business first:
📧 Email info@glitzybusiness.com with a photo of the damaged item
– We’ll locate your purchase record and confirm the next steps
– This ensures we remain responsible for your order as your original seller - Once approved, package the item securely and send to:
