Fifth Avenue Collection jewellery purchased from Glitzy Business can be returned for repair at any time.

Please return your item to:

Once received, your jewellery will be forwarded to Australia for free repair.

⏳ Please allow 6–8 weeks for the full return process.

In the rare event the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

If the same item is no longer available, you may select a different piece of equal value.

Handling Fee (After 6 Months)

If you are returning an item for repair after 6 months of ownership, a $5 NZD fee is requested to help cover shipping and handling costs.
