At Glitzy Business, we proudly offer free lifetime repair on any Fifth Avenue Collection jewellery purchased through us in Australia. Your sparkle is our priority! 💎✨

Free Repair Policy

If your jewellery has been damaged or needs repair:

  1. Contact Glitzy Business first:
    📧 Email info@glitzybusiness.com with a photo of the damaged item
    – We’ll locate your purchase record and confirm the next steps
    – This ensures we remain responsible for your order as your original seller
  2. Once approved, package the item securely and send to:

⏳ Please allow 6–8 weeks for return of your repaired item.

Handling Fee (After 6 Months)

If you are returning your item for repair more than 6 months after purchase, we request a $5 AUD handling fee to assist with shipping and processing.
